Important Notice: This Agreement governs your reservation and stay. By confirming your booking, checking in, or availing our services, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein. 

DEFINITIONS

This document constitutes the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governing all reservations, stays, use of services, and facilities at Narayani Heights Hotel, Ahmedabad (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel").

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Standard Timings:

  • Check-in: 12:00 Noon onwards.
  • Check-out: 10:00 AM sharp.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out:

  • Permitted subject to availability, prior request, and additional charges as determined by the Hotel.

Identification:

  • Guests must present valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID).
  • Foreign nationals must present a valid passport with visa.
  • The Hotel reserves the absolute right to refuse accommodation without valid identification.

RESERVATIONS, ADVANCE, AND PAYMENTS

Reservation Confirmation:

  • A reservation shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment or valid credit card guarantee.

Payment Methods:

  • The Hotel accepts cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, bank transfers, or other approved gateways. Cheques are not accepted unless expressly pre-approved.

Settlement of Bills:

  • All dues must be cleared at or before the time of check-out. The Hotel reserves the right to deny check-out until settlement is made in full.

Taxes:

  • All tariffs are exclusive of GST and other statutory levies as per prevailing law.

Default in Payment:

  • Failure to make due payment may attract interest charges and entitle the Hotel to initiate legal recovery proceedings, without prejudice to other rights available under law.

CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW, AND EARLY DEPARTURE

Cancellation:

  • Cancellation received 24 hours or more prior to arrival: No charge.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival: One night's tariff plus applicable taxes charged as liquidated damages.

No-show:

  • Failure to check-in without prior cancellation shall be deemed a "No-show" and shall attract one night's retention charge.

Early Departure:

  • Early departures shall be treated as cancellation of unused nights, and the Hotel reserves the right to charge retention for the remaining nights.

OCCUPANCY AND VISITORS

Occupancy:

  • Rooms shall only be occupied by the number of persons specified in the reservation.
  • Extra occupants shall attract supplementary charges.
  • Children above [insert age] shall be treated as adults for tariff purposes.

Visitor Policy:

  • Visitors are permitted in Guest rooms only with prior approval and not beyond 10:00 PM.
  • All visitors must register at the Front Desk and present valid government-issued photo identification. Entry without valid ID shall be strictly prohibited.
  • Overnight stays of visitors are not permitted unless registered as paying Guests.

Use of Premises:

  • Guest rooms shall not be used for unlawful, immoral, or commercial purposes, nor for unauthorized photography/filming.

Quiet Enjoyment:

  • Guests shall respect the peace and privacy of others, particularly between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

DAMAGE, LIABILITY, AND INDEMNITY

Damage:

  • The Guest shall be liable for any damage, defacement, or loss caused to Hotel property, fixtures, or furnishings, whether intentional or negligent.

Recovery:

  • The Hotel reserves the right to recover costs for repair, replacement, or additional cleaning by charging the Guest's account or registered credit card.

Valuables:

  • The Hotel shall not be liable for theft, loss, or damage to valuables left unattended. In-room safes are provided for Guest use.

Limitation of Liability:

  • The Hotel's liability shall not exceed the total tariff paid by the Guest for the stay and shall expressly exclude consequential, incidental, or indirect losses.

Indemnification:

  • The Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Hotel, its management, employees, and affiliates against any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages arising out of the Guest's actions, omissions, or breach of this Agreement.

PARKING

  • Parking facilities are provided as a convenience to Guests. All vehicles are parked strictly at the owner's risk, and the Hotel disclaims liability for theft, damage, fire, or accidents.

PETS

  • Pets are not permitted on Hotel premises. Only certified service animals assisting differently-abled Guests may be permitted with prior written approval.

FOOD, ALCOHOL, AND SMOKING

  • Outside food and beverages are prohibited unless expressly authorized by the management.
  • Alcohol may be consumed strictly in accordance with applicable Government rules, regulations, and excise guidelines, and only within designated areas of the Hotel premises as notified by the management from time to time.
  • Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and public areas. Guests violating this policy shall be liable for penalties and cleaning charges.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

  • CCTV surveillance is operational in common areas of the Hotel.
  • Guests must comply with all safety instructions, emergency protocols, and lawful directions of the Hotel.
  • The Hotel shall not be liable for accidents, medical emergencies, or injuries except in cases of proven gross negligence.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

  • The Hotel shall collect and process Guest data solely for lawful purposes, including but not limited to reservation management, billing, accounting, record-keeping, security, and compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations under Indian law.
  • Guest information may be disclosed to competent authorities if legally required.
  • The Hotel undertakes not to misuse, commercially exploit, or unlawfully transfer Guest data to third parties.

FORCE MAJEURE

  • The Hotel shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance where such failure is attributable to Force Majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government orders, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or infrastructural breakdowns.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

AMENDMENTS

  • The Hotel reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Revised Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Hotel's official website.
